General Manager: Jason Fletcher

Jason "Fletch" started with the Manawatū Cricket Association as General Manager in 2025. Jason brings more than a decade of sport administration experience to MCA gained in prior roles with Squash New Zealand and Sport Manawatū. Fletch is the person to talk to about the association finances, including sponsorship opportunities and fundraising events. He will also be the person to talk to about the day to day operations of the association.

Competitions and Pathway Lead: Cole Freeman

Cole has started at Manawatū Cricket Association as the Competition and Pathwway Lead after previously working in the role of Youth Cricket Coordinator.

Cole oversees the pathway programmes, club cricket, twilight cricket, and is the superuser for PlayHQ.

Coach Development and Programmes Lead: Bjorn Dix

Bjorn joins the team at Manawatū Cricket as the Coach Development & Programmes Lead for the 2023/24 season. While supporting and growing coaches across the region via Manawatū Cricket and New Zealand Cricket initiatives is a priority, Bjorn will also oversee our programmes and work closely with other staff to ensure we are providing the best opportunities for our participants.
